About your application information

This form sends the business and contact information you provide to Peachtree Capital Group to review your business funding request and contact you about next steps.

What this form collects

Your business name, contact details, owner date of birth, requested funding amount, average monthly revenue, any funding purpose carried over from the website, and your authorization to submit. Owner date of birth is included in the protected record for application review; this form does not run a credit check. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, account numbers, or payment-card details.

How information is handled

Submitted applications are stored in a protected application record. Notification emails contain an application reference and a sign-in link rather than your application answers. Record access is limited to authorized Peachtree application reviewers and the site owner.

Your choices

You can edit your answers before submitting. Submitting asks Peachtree to contact you about this request. It does not authorize a credit pull or bind you to financing. Additional documents or permissions may be requested separately.
